Two Tiers.One Great Opportunity.
Every driver partner starts at Tier 1. Tier 2 is completely optional — but it opens doors most delivery platforms never could.
All driver partners complete a short PII (Personally Identifiable Information) training before their first run. This protects you, protects our clients, and ensures every driver on the Motion Miles network understands how to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Tier 2 is for drivers who want to go further. If you choose to get HIPAA certified and earn your Bloodborne Pathogens Certificate, you unlock a full category of healthcare delivery work — pharmacies, hospitals, labs, clinics — that most gig drivers never have access to.
